Ok. Let me explain this one. I wanted to draw Gohan and Videl at the fair ut fairs are crowded places so I need lots of people around them….
So….
I put up a post saying I needed back ground characters and any OC was welcome.

She belongs to beside her is Ashley from [link] . In the water gun booth is an OC by [link] and of coarse we all know whose in the middle ^^
